Suzie--fantastic article, and it's especially timely during a pandemic where the overriding societal message is "You have all this time now, shouldn't you be exercising more to get fit?" At the same time, many of us are just trying to take basic care of ourselves to get through this really trying period. When we start to view exercise as a way of taking care of our mental and physical health, we can be healthier overall. Exercise can become a helpful tool instead of a punishment. Thanks for your perspective!
